Emmanuel Ezinna Nweke — known professionally as Templeton — is the founder and lead engineer of Jomiez Innovation, a software studio building custom software, web and mobile applications, and production AI systems for clients worldwide. He works primarily in React, Next.js, Node.js and Python, and builds AI products on Gemini, OpenAI and Claude. His work includes Chaka AI, a multimodal voice AI platform, and Chaka WAP, a local-first AI engine embedded in WhatsApp.
